Program: Business Communication: Models, Instruments, Technologies (Master’s Degree in Philology)

The program is based on communication theory and arranged interdisciplinary. It includes five modules that comprise theory and practical training of successful communication in business sphere: 1) communication theory module; 2) business English module; 3) practical skills module; 4) literature & culture module; 5) communication in organization and marketing module.

 In the course of the program the students acquire theoretical knowledge of communication theory and semiotics of communication, and train practical skills in advanced business English, business writing, organizing official meetings, public speech and effective presentation, leadership and conflict resolution.

The knowledge and the skills of an expert in business communication are required in international organizations and companies, administrative bodies, academic institutions, public sector, consulates, agencies abroad, and joint enterprises.     

 

Admission requirements: mastery of the English language at B2 level according to CEFR.

Entrance exam: Upper Intermediate English (grammar test, reading, oral interview and essay).
