Julia Ipatenkova, graduate of the Faculty of Foreign languages, currently doctoral student of the Northeast Normal University (Changchun, China), won the Essay Competition organized by the Office of International Students Affairs of the Chinese Ministry of Education. 700 foreign students took part in this competition among which Julia's work was considered the best. Moreover, Julia’s academic performance in 2019 was recognized with another award: she became the best doctoral student at the Northeast Normal University.
