The annual Oriental Languages and Cultures Festival took place at the Faculty of Oriental Languages. It was dedicated to the celebration of the recently started New Year according to the lunar calendar.

The festival combined a variety of genres onstage: stories about legends of the East and hip-hop, some Eastern classics recital and modern music, Chinese ribbon dance and k-pop, dragon dance and love songs.

The atmosphere was friendly; students from other Faculties of the University including foreign students took part in the Festival.
