Dictation is coming! 
What's the right thing to do?

Resist the cold. Pretend that there is no frost at all. Your enthusiasm to master your spelling and punctuation will help.
Go to the "Russian on Fridays" course. The course starts on February 8 with classes every Friday at 18:30. The duration is two months (no registration is necessary, just take any identity document to enter the building). Address: 8 Lenin Street - The Institute of Philology, Foreign Languages, and Media Communication of ISU.

If you do this, it will warm up before you know it! So you will be feeling great on April 13, 2019, at 13:00, the day of the Total Dictation in Irkutsk.
